Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

As our platform provides immediate access to digital tools, data, and predictive algorithms upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription is activated.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was charged due to a technical error.
• The premium features are completely inaccessible due to a prolonged server outage lasting more than 48 hours immediately after purchase.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.
